وی با بیان اینكه پیشگیری از معلولیت ها آسان نیست افزود: البته غربالگری و پیشگیری از معلولیت ها در عین سخت بودن غیر ممكن نیست چرا كه زیر ساختهای لازم در این زمینه در كشور وجود دارد اما رفتارهای آموزشی باید به این منظور طراحی شود.
